Welcome to the Central Foundation Boys’ School fundraising page. We hope to raise funds to support our students and the delivery of our educational provision.

CENTRAL FOUNDATION BOYS’ SCHOOL CHARITABLE TRUST

Central Foundation Boys’ School Charitable Trust (the Charitable Trust) was set up for “the advancement of education for the public benefit through the provision of support to the School and its pupils, including (without limitation) through the support of the maintenance, enhancement or improvement of facilities, resources and educational opportunities at the School”.

The Trustees of the Charitable Trust include the representatives of the school staff, governors as well as parents/carers of the Central Foundation Boys’ School students.

WAYS TO GIVE

Any person willing to donate money to the Central Foundation Boys’ School Charitable Trust, can do it in the following way:

	Make a one-off donation A one-off donation can have an immediate impact on our fundraising campaigns; any donation value can make a positive difference! DONATE NOW
	Make a regular donation These could be for a specific or unlimited period of time; regular donations can help the Charitable Trust plan ahead and make commitments. DONATE NOW
	Make a Gift Aid Declaration Gift Aid is a tax relief allowing UK charities to reclaim an extra 25% in tax on every eligible donation made by a UK taxpayer – e.g. the Charitable Trust can claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give. DONATE NOW

AREAS FOR SUPPORT

• ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE – Your donation will help us buy teaching and learning materials, IT equipment, after school tuitions, academic co-curricular activities, any other items to support the student learning.

• CO-CURRICULAR – Your donation will support the delivery of our co-curricular provision, which might include buying new sports equipment, delivery of school holiday activities and covering staff cost to run the co-curricular programme.

It cost us, on average, £36 to deliver an hour of a co-curricular activity.

• STUDENT WELFARE – Your donation will support students whose families may face financial challenges in meeting the cost of uniform, school meals or trips payments; it can also be used towards funding bursaries for students pursuing further education after Central Foundation.

• WHERE OUR NEED IS GREATEST – Unrestricted donations of all sizes give the school the flexibility to use them for the areas of most pressing need in any particular year.
