We follow a 7 period day with a split lunch to support students to be able to enjoy more space during their social time. Learning begins at 8:50am. The school site is open from 8:35am and students should arrive in plenty of time to ensure they are ready to begin learning at 8:50am. The lessons start at 8.50am and finish at 3.20pm, which amounts to 32.5 hours of compulsory learning time in a typical week.

Extra-curricular Music School activities run from 8.00am – 8.45am while after-school activities and revision classes finish by 5pm at the latest. A detailed programme of our extra-curricular activities can be found in the Outside the Classroom section of the school website.
