The programme will consist of study skills workshops on a range of important themes such as time management and essay writing, university readiness sessions to support students as they plan their next steps to top Universities like Cambridge, and substantive knowledge sessions, designed to supplement students’ foundational academic knowledge so that they can hit the ground running when they start their A-Levels.

The post-16 subject choices that students make can have a major impact on their course and university options. Selective universities such as the University of Cambridge often require applicants to have qualifications in certain subjects, or combinations of subjects, because they prepare students more effectively for degree courses. In these talks in November and January, we will discuss how to choose appropriate A-Level subjects for selective universities.
Year 10 and 11 students can find out more and register: HERE.
