On Thursday 19th June, a group Year 8 students visited Hoxton Hall on a reward trip for fantastic effort across attendance, homework and behaviour.
A couple of weeks prior, the same students took part in a workshop in school, led by ‘The Futures Project’, which heard from Year 8s on what the future would look like. Their ideas have fed into a brand-new interactive play created by the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. The Futures Project presents an opportunity for young people to experiment with shaping their futures and the world around them. Within the 2-hour immersive show, students played games and activities that invited them to make important decisions, intervene in the changing world of the play, and explore how they will influence the real world themselves.
