The last football fixture of the 2021-22 academic was also a great success of our Year 8 team who progressed into the Islington & Camden Cup Final after a 3-2 win against Maria Fidelis.
After the pre-match set pieces & team talk given by Mr Lloyd, our team played a good game against Acland Burghley school with Evandro scoring a goal that was fitting to win any cup final. A free kick from the best part of 40 yards flew over the Acland Burghley keeper and into the net. This was the first of 5 CFBS goals of the game.

Congratulations to the Year 8 football team who were worthy winners of the Islington & Camden Cup, and their coach, Mr Lloyd. Special mentions to James and Archie who are in Year 7 and played a pivotal role in winning the cup.
