Year 11 students celebrate another exceptional set of GCSE results

This year's outcomes reflect the hard work, resilience and ambition of a year group that has achieved across a wide range of pathways and subjects. More than a third of all GCSE grades were awarded at grade 7 or above, demonstrating the high levels of attainment achieved by many students. One in every ten grades was awarded at grade 9, the highest possible GCSE grade.

Today we have been celebrating the achievements of all our Year 13 students as they receive their A-level and vocational qualification results and take the next exciting step in their life journeys. The students achieved 24% A*/A, 54% at A*/B and 84% at A*-C.
