Since October our Year 13 pupils who are interested in an apprenticeship as their post-18 pathway have been working hard to develop the knowledge and skills to secure a role at the end of the year.
We have had the pleasure of inviting a wide range of guests into our weekly workshops to provide an overview of what applying to apprenticeships looks like and develop the essential skills that they will need for that process. We have even been delighted to welcome back some friendly faces, with alumni who are now working at organisations such as Google, Schroders Global, Balfour Beatty and Hamlyn Williams coming in to speak to the next generation about the options available to them.
Our workshops will be running until the end of the Spring term and Year 13s will continue to receive application support from our Careers Education, Information, Advice, and Guidance (CEIAG) Advisor.
