Our year 11 GCSE Drama students worked incredibly hard on their component 2 scripted performances that were assessed by an external examiner. Each student performed in two pieces comprised of either monologues, duologues or scenes from published plays such as, ‘Of Mice and Men’, ‘The Pitchfork Disney’ and ‘Two.’
Students rose to the challenge and were able to learn lines, rehearse, support one another and perform to the best of their ability under pressure. They used set, costumes and props to enhance their performances and it was a successful day for all.
