During a recent assembly focussed on careers, our Year 11s heard from an undergraduate student at Queen Mary about the opportunities that the university pathway can offer young people.
Our guest shared some of the great experiences that university holds, including social and professional development, as well as what it is like to be a student at university. Year 11s also heard about what their weekly schedule would look like as a university student, and the skills they will use regularly in order to be successful. As our Year 11s make final preparations for their GCSE exams, it’s exciting for them to hear what future opportunities can be available to them.
Thank you to Queen Mary for sharing such great insight into the university pathway.
