On Wednesday 15th June, our Year 10 Mandarin students went to Queen Mary University of London. They worked in groups and made advertisement videos of UK tourist destinations in Mandarin.
As part of the Mandarin Excellence Programme, they presented their creative projects to the university with over 100 students from five secondary schools in London. Their work which can be seen below received many praises from both staff and students.
The students also had a campus tour of the university, listening to lectures about choices of studying abroad in the top Chinese universities, and reflected on their career paths and future aspirations.
