On Tuesday 29th November, our year 10 GCSE drama students took part in their second workshop with the Old Vic’s Schools Club project.
The workshop focussed on sound design and the students were able to experience using software to create their own sound cues for the classic play, ‘A Christmas Carol,’ which they will be going to see next week at the Old Vic Theatre.
It was a fantastic workshop which really helped to develop the students’ knowledge and understanding of how sound can enhance a performance and they were able to learn new skills and put them into practice for a short final showing of their work.
