Dear parents and carers,
We are in exam season and we know exams can sometimes cause anxiety, worry and overwhelm (not just for parents and carers!), we therefore wanted to signpost you to some resources for you and young person.
We regularly speak with our students about the importance staying mentally and physically healthy and the importance of a revision timetable and using effective revision techniques during the exam season.
Guidelines on how to stay healthy and deal with difficult emotions during the exam season can be found here: https://educationhub.blog.gov.uk/2025/05/how-to-cope-with-exam-stress/
Guidelines for revision techniques that are effective and how to make a useful exam timetable can be found here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/articles/zn3497h#ztrdjsg
