On Wednesday 5th November, touring theatre company The Globe Players returned to Central Foundation Boys’ School to perform Shakespeare’s famous Scottish play to our Year 10 students. This was the first time they had performed in our brilliant Hearn Centre Theatre.

Year 10s have been studying Macbeth since September. They were captivated by this live performance which featured tense sword fighting, a particularly comic porter, an unsettlingly disturbed Lady Macbeth and of course the conniving witches.
