Central Foundation is delighted to share that our exceptional KS5 exam outcomes have led to a whole host of fantastic destinations for our Year 13 students. It is always sad to wave goodbye to our KS5 students, but it very reassuring to see them heading off to outstanding institutions.
Dentistry, Medicine, and Oxbridge:
We have two students who have gained places at Dental and Medical School this year and one student has secured a place to read Land Economy at the University of Cambridge. All students achieved excellent grades and excelled in their entrance exams.
Russell Group:
The School had a record 41 students gain places at Russell Group Universities. Destinations include: Imperial, UCL, Kings College, QMU, York, Warwick, Leeds, Sheffield, Bristol, Exeter, Edinburgh, Liverpool and Nottingham.
Top third most selective:
Overall 68 of our students gained places at universities that make up the top third most selective universities in the country.
Overseas universities:
We have also had students who secured places at prestigious universities in the USA at Lafayette College, Pennsylvania and Trinity College, Connecticut
Employment and apprenticeships:
Students have also opted for employment and apprenticeships which included degree apprenticeships with Forvis Mazars and Simmons Gainsford.
