On July 9th – 13th, pupils from Central Foundation Boys’ School took part in the annual MiSST residential trip at Gresham’s School in Norfolk, with two different groups attending across the week.
The first group, Gresham’s 1, attended from Wednesday to Friday, while the second group, Gresham’s 2, took part from Friday to Sunday. Each three-day programme was filled with musical activities, including full orchestra rehearsals and small group sessions with expert instrumental tutors. Students collaborated with peers from across the UK and showcased their hard work in a concert at the end of their stay.

Alongside music making, pupils enjoyed a variety of social activities such as swimming, rounders, arts & crafts, football, the climbing wall, and the zip line, ensuring there was something for everyone. These activities gave students a chance to relax and have fun together. The Central Foundation Boys’ School Music Team is very proud of our students’ continued dedication and effort in music. They truly reflected the core values of Central Foundation Boys’ School throughout the trip.
