On Friday 8th March, our very own Ms Benavent, who teaches our students in the Music Department performed a programme of pieces by Felix Mendelssohn, accompanied by Salome Jordania (pianist) and Vasco Ferrão (cellist).
Taking place in the Performing Arts Theatre, students in the school’s MiSST and Year 7 Orchestras enjoyed the performance which featured both lively and calmer moments. Deep emotion was expressed through these beautiful pieces! After the concert, our students had the opportunity to ask the musicians insightful questions.
