KS5 Sports Day (Year 12) kicked off with a tense moment of prayer as we all hoped for clear skies, and thankfully, the rain passed, leaving us with perfect weather for a full day of events!
A special shout-out to Lara who dominated the track and field with an outstanding 5 gold medals in the 60m sprint, 100m sprint, 200m sprint, long jump, and javelin. What an incredible achievement!
Another special mention goes to Jerry who secured gold in the 60m and 100m sprints, a bronze in long jump, and also medalled in the 50m sprint. Amazing effort and athleticism!
A huge well done to every single student who participated, no matter what their final position, your energy, enthusiasm, and team spirit made the day a truly fun and memorable event for everyone.
