On Wednesday 21st January, the KS3 Swimming team delivered an outstanding performance at the Islington Swimming Gala, producing dominant displays across a wide range of events. Races included freestyle, breaststroke and backstroke, with a mix of sprint, endurance and relay events showcasing the squad’s depth and versatility.
The boys won the vast majority of races, only finishing second in three events, which meant they secured overall victory comfortably. Every swimmer contributed points, whether in individual races or as part of the relays, highlighting the strength and togetherness of the squad.
It was a confident and well-controlled performance from a strong group of swimmers, who now turn their attention to another competition next week. A fantastic team effort — well done to all involved.
