On Thursday 23rd January, 27 students from Years 7 to 10 proudly represented Central Foundation Boys’ School at the prestigious Simmonds Cup, an Indoor Athletics event held at the state-of-the art Lea Valley Sports Centre.
Since October our Year 13 pupils who are interested in an apprenticeship as their post-18 pathway have been working hard to develop the knowledge and skills to secure a role at the end of the year.
On Wednesday 22nd January, our Year 8 students heard from the Advanced Mathematics Support Programme (AMSP) about all of the future career pathways that use the skills and knowledge gained from studying Mathematics.
On Friday 17th January, Central Foundation hosted a performance by the Guildhall String Ensemble, directed by renowned violinist Candida Thompson. In attendance were members of our various ensembles and orchestras.
