A string quartet from Central Foundation were of only five chamber music ensembles selected from across the country (alongside Dulwich College, Sheffield Music Academy, and others) to participate in masterclass as part of the Guildhall Chamber Music Festival.
The students performed the first movement of Arnold Schoenberg’s notoriously complex String Quartet No. 2 for renowned violist Matthew Jones.
