GRAPH Strategy Consulting Workshop with Sixth Form Business and Economics Students

On Wednesday 4th May, GRAPH carried out a strategy consulting workshop with 17 of our Year 12 and 13 students who are studying Business and Economics, providing an overview of what strategy consulting is and facilitating a ‘case study’ session. One of the tasks involved students being divided into groups and asked to estimate the annual revenue of a local coffee shop.

GRAPH is a specialist strategy consulting firm that supports leading global corporations, private equity and credit investors invest in and build stronger businesses.

The purpose of the workshop was to introduce students to the world of professional services and give an insight into what it’s like to be a strategy consultant. The session also provided actionable ‘next steps’ for how students could look to pursue a career in consulting if it was something that interested them.

Many thanks to GRAPH Senior Partner, James Tetherton, and James Woolsey, Ismaile Yaqub, Lauma Kalns-Timans and Matt Harrison for their support and sharing their incredible insights into the world of strategy consulting!
