Drama students from Years 8, 9 and 10 were lucky to enjoy a matinee performance of this glittery new musical at the Almeida Theatre on Wednesday 2nd November.
The music was written by Elton John and Jake Shears from the Scissor Sisters. These catchy tunes combined with the choreography had us all captivated during this comic production that touched on many issues such as religion, life, death, success, fame, sexuality, relationships and redemption! The set design and costumes were eye catching, the cast brought so much energy and talent to this performance, it made for a very memorable experience!
