The co-curricular programme commenced in the second week of September with nearly 70 before and after school co-curricular activities available to the students each week.
They range from sport to music, cooking and debating. There is a club for aspiring horticulturists, programmers and writers. The attendance to the co-curricular activities has been phenomenal.
Sporting highlights include 60 students attending football club, 50 at basketball, 30 at fencing, 35 at table tennis, and 40 at boxing. In addition, swimming, morning clubs, and fitness sessions are also seeing plenty of students from Year 7 to Year 11 actively participating. A big well done to all students and staff involved in making these clubs a success!
In the KS3 Table Tennis Tournament at Highbury Grove, Team 1 put up a strong performance, finishing in a close 2nd place, while Team 2 secured 4th place. The tournament featured representatives from Years 7 to 9, providing a valuable experience for the students and showcasing some impressive table tennis skills throughout the event.
