Over the past couple of weeks, our 6th form students have been attending a series of interviews in the process to appoint our new School Captain and Vice Captains. Huge congratulations to Eyoel Kassa, our new School Captain and Vice Captains: Tajudeen Abisogun (responsible for supporting our sports provision), Spencer Urban (drama, arts, cooking and debating), Ayman Elgharrafi (KS3 School Council), Aaliyah Hussain (Central Baccalaureate) and Afsana Ahmed (KS4 School Council).
School Captain and Vice Captains 2024-25
On Thursday 7th November, the newly appointed School Captain and Vice Captains attended a leadership workshop at the Dulwich Picture Gallery at the Dulwich College. The event was run by Alleyn’s school and organised as part of the wider Dulwich Schools Trust. During the event, students had the opportunity to network with fellow school leadership teams within the trust, as well as develop key listening and public speaking skills to apply to their roles. At the end of the session, Eyoel gave an impressive impromptu speech on leadership using the public speaking skills learnt in the sessions. As a school, we look forward to the support that the fantastic student leadership team will provide across the academic year!
