At all grade levels the students exceeded all previous cohorts’ outcomes – 31% of A level grades at A*/A, 63% at A*-B and 88% at A* to C. The outcomes are testament to the resilience and hard work of the pupils, as well as the tremendous support that staff have provided. There are many outstanding results by individual students, with over a 100 A* and A grades achieved across all the 20 A level subjects offered by the school.

These are the strongest results in the school's history. My congratulations to the students for their hard work and resilience. Not only have they achieved exceptional exam outcomes, but their engagement with our Music, Sport, Drama and Community programmes has been wonderful – they have contributed so much to our school and in turn grown as individuals through all of these experiences. I would also like to take the opportunity to thank all our staff for their hard work, commitment and effort over the last two years, which has supported these outcomes.

Jamie Brownhill, Headteacher
