On Friday 18th October, 25 students in Year 10 and 11 visited the Broadcasting House to attend a BBC Young Reporter event. 
They attended talks featuring award-winning BBC podcast producer Tommy Dixon, various hosts and Newsround presenters and learned about the process of creating and producing a podcast.
They also attended a recording of the BBC podcast Colouring in Britain.
The students also participated in various activities throughout the day, including competing in a quiz and presenting their own podcast ideas on stage.
