On a sunny afternoon on Wednesday 15th April, the school community gathered at Highbury Fields for our annual Central 5k Run. With over 100 boys from across the school stepping up to the starting line, the event was a fantastic display of community spirit. The atmosphere was electric as students tackled the 5km course, supported by staff and peers in what has become one of the most anticipated fixtures in the school’s sporting calendar.
The level of competition at the front of the pack was truly elite, led by a blistering performance from Max, who took first place with a staggering time of 16:37. The depth of talent across the school was on full display, with our entire top 20 finishers remarkably clocking in under the 25-minute mark. A huge congratulations to all the participants for their grit and to the top 20 listed below for their outstanding pace:
