On Thursday 18th January, a group of 18 A Level Sociology students visited the London County Hall to watch a stage production of Agatha Christie’s fantastic ‘Witness For The Prosecution’. The gripping story of justice, passion and betrayal took place in a unique courtroom setting where students were immersed in the show.
Students described the production as ‘a fantastic and riveting experience.’ They witnessed a young man who was accused of murdering a widow to inherit her wealth try to survive a shocking witness testimony, whilst attempting to convince the jury and audience of his innocence.
The show was a remarkable way for students to be introduced to the unit of Crime and Deviance.
