We’ve had a fantastic start to the new academic year, with our co-curricular programme offering more opportunities than ever for students across the school to get involved, try something new and develop interests beyond the classroom.

Drama Club
This term’s programme includes a range of activities spanning sport, academic enrichment, the arts, debating, leadership and personal development. We are particularly excited to welcome several new clubs this year, including Rugby, Hockey and Beyond Biology, giving students even more opportunities to explore new interests and develop new skills.

Football Club
The response from students has been fantastic. Across KS3, students have already collectively completed an incredible 1,236 hours of co-curricular activity, demonstrating the enthusiasm and commitment of our students to making the most of the opportunities available to them.

KS3 students in Debate It Final Competition at Hogan Lovells
Our debating programme will also launch in the week beginning 5th October, with students across KS3, KS4 and KS5 able to take part in a programme of clubs, competitions and events throughout the year. We are looking forward to another exciting year of debating, with students developing their ability to construct and defend arguments, speak confidently and engage thoughtfully with different perspectives. More information about the debating programme can be found: HERE
A huge thank you to all of the staff, external coaches and partners who make these opportunities possible. We’re looking forward to seeing even more students getting involved as the year progresses!
