Open Evening

On Thursday 22nd September, the school opened its doors to the public for its annual Open Evening.  Prospective students and their parents were given a tour of the school to see Central Foundation boys in action. The tour was given by school prefects and allowed the guests to visit each department in the school, and see all of the school buildings.

After the tour there were performances from the music department, which included the choir, brass group and junior musicians. The evening ended with speeches from a Year 12 and a Year 8 student, about their successes during their time at the school. Headteacher, Mr Brownhill, gave the final speech, outlining the school’s achievements over the years, which has seen the school grow from strength to strength.

Those who could not attend our Open Evening will have a chance to visit the school during our Open Days on Tuesday 4th and Wednesday 5th of October  at 9.30am – 10.30am.
