Ming-Ai wok cooking workshop

On Friday 17th January, the BTEC Hospitality students in Year 11 were treated to a cooking master class by professional Chinese chef Jeremy Pang from the Ming-Ai Institute. Under his supervision, they cooked black bean chicken in a wok, utilising the clockwork cooking routine – that is to say preparing all ingredients on a plate in a clock pattern, and introducing them into the meal in that order.
